De Biasi: Does he have the faith?

Gianni De Biasi admits he is unsure if his job as Torino coach is under threat.

Torino suffered a fifth consecutive away defeat on Sunday as Massimo Maccarone’s goal earned Siena a 1-0 win.

The result leaves Torino fourth from bottom in Serie A and question marks have been raised about De Biasi’s future.

De Biasi returned for a third spell in charge in April and does not know if he has the confidence of president Urbano Cairo.

“I don’t know if my place on the bench is in jeopardy,” De Biasi told reporters after the Siena setback.

“You must ask the club about it. It doesn’t interest me a lot.

“If I still have the faith, it is okay, otherwise…”
