England beat Germany last night by two goals to one in the Olympic Stadium extending their unbeaten run in Berlin to eight games.
Goals from Matthew Upson and John Terry separated the two sides after Patrick Helmes pegged one back for Die Mannschaft to net his first goal in international colours.
Even though both sides fielded weakened teams for different reasons the Three Lions were the more dominant team with particularly good displays from flanker Stewart Downing and fringe centre half Upson.
