Several FC Bayern stars are currently away on international duty.
Lucio had to pull out of Brazil's friendly game against Portugal, however.
Adductor and back problems
The central defender returned from the match in Mönchengladbach with adductor and back problems and will stay in Munich this week.
Lucio is rated doubtful for Saturday's game against FC Energie Cottbus.
