Robert Kovac suspended

Robert Kovac (Borussia Dortmund) has been suspended for three matches by the DFB disciplinary panel.

Kovac had seen the red card after the final whistle of Borussia's Bundesliga match at Hamburger SV on Saturday.

BVB to appeal

Referee Dr. Jochen Drees had stated that Kovac had insulted him.

Borussia Dortmund have decided to appeal against the decision, however.
