Since Brazilian trickster Robinho’s British record £32million transfer from Real Madrid to Manchester City, the Citizens have played three games, but lost two of them.

Robinho though insists that if they beat Liverpool at home on Sunday then they can go on to challenge the league leaders for the title.

“This is a great time to start winning games against the bigger teams so we can prove we are here to win the title,” he is quoted by the Sun as saying.”

“Do I think it?s possible? Yes. Liverpool is one of the great games with their history and tradition. Every player loves these moments and I cannot wait,” he said.

“We are not so far from the leaders and the league has just started.”
