FC Bayern München will once again have to do without the services of Hamit Altintop for the upcoming games.

The Turkish international midfielder is still having trouble with his right foot, which had a metal plate inserted into it for a broken bone in the middle foot.

Stress reaction

The FC Bayern medical department have now diagnosed a stress reaction in the middle foot bone, as a consequence of which the 25-year-old is likely to be out of action for several weeks.

Altintop picked up the initial injury late last March, playing for Turkey against Belarus.
