Gattuso: Injury worry

Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso faces a spell on the sidelines after dislocating his shoulder.

Gattuso suffered the shoulder injury during Italy’s friendly with Austria on Wednesday night.

The combative midfielder tried to play on with the injury, but was eventually forced off and was replaced by Simone Perrotta.

Milan do not know the full extent of the injury and Gattuso is due to undergo further scans on the problem.

Rossoneri coach Carlo Ancelotti will be hoping that the injury is not serious as he prepares his side for the start of the new Serie A season.
