The defender tore a calf muscle during the season opener at FC Bayern, a nuclear spin revealed.
Boateng injured, too
“He will be sidelined for at least three weeks”, team doctor Dr. Oliver Dierk commented afterwards.
The same goes for Jerome Boateng, who tore a thigh muscle against Bayern.
