The French capital club are looking to revamp their squad in the close-season after a disappointing campaign in which they narrowly escaped relegation.
Paul Le Guen has a healthy transfer kitty in the summer and is willing to spend part of his funds on the former Udinese striker.
Iaquinta is believed to be unhappy with his situation at Stadio Olimpico, having been Juventus’ third-choice for the attack last season, behind Alessandro Del Piero and David Trézéguet.
He is aware his situation will not improve next term after the arrival of Amauri from Palermo and is reportedly considering a new challenge to relaunch his career, having failed to be called up for Euro 2008.
PSG are also considering a move for Chelsea’s Claudio Pizarro, who has been told he will continue being surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are ready to do business for the 29-year-old and have reportedly set a low price tag on the Peruvian striker with hopes that it will alert the attention of several clubs in Europe.
