Moratti: Denial
Internazionale president Massimo Moratti has denied that Jose Mourinho has agreed a deal to become their new manager.
Reports earlier this week claimed that Inter had agreed a deal with the former Chelsea boss to take charge at the Giuseppe Meazza this summer.
However, Moratti has been quick to deny that any such deal is in place.
“Who knows how many times I have heard this recently,” he told Telelombardia.
“It’s not true and there’s no further need to deny it.”
Current coach Roberto Mancini stated after their UEFA Champions League exit to Liverpool that he would leave the club - only to retract the statement.
But despite Inter nearing another Serie A title - Mancini’s future is anything but finalised.
