Escude: Uninterested in England
Sevilla defender Julien Escude would turn down a move to the Premier League, according to the player’s agent.
The France international moved to the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan from Ajax in 2006.
However, recent reports have linked Escude with a summer transfer away from La Liga, with Milan rumoured to be keen on a swoop.
And Escude’s agent, Bruno Satin, has admitted that a move to Serie A would appeal, while the 28-year-old would snub an offer from a Premier League club.
Experienced
“It is normal that a club like Milan are interested because Escude is a player with international experience and a great physical presence and tactical awareness,” Satin told Tuttomercato.
“Sevilla value him highly. If the player does leave it will be for Italy and not England.
“Escude is a player that is not so quick so there would be a problem for him to adapt to the Premier League.”
