Borussia Dortmund defender Philipp Degen will miss out on Saturday’s DFB Cup final meeting with Bayern München due to injury.
The 25-year-old Swiss international right-back suffered a syndesmoses ligament tear in his right leg during Wednesday’s 3-1 home loss to Hannover 96.
Degen says the doctors’ prognosis is that, “I’ll be in plaster and on crutches for the next two weeks.”
