Bochum captain Thomas Zdebel and Christoph Dabrowski both suffered injuries in the six-goal thriller against Dortmund.

Zdebel has suffered a thigh injury, but he would have missed VfL’s next match in Munich anyway after picking up his tenth yellow card.

Goalscorer Christoph Dabrowski had to be substituted with 34 minutes gone after clashing with Mats Hummels.

Examinations have revealed several fractures in his face. Dabrowski is in hospital at the moment and it’s not yet clear how long he will be sidelined.
